Green Room with 3D Studio and Road Case

What was the goal?

A full-service studio in a small room with glass walls, a sensitive acoustic ceiling and no space for light stands. Many wishes in return: 4 people in front of the camera in the podcast, the flexibility of a green screen, 2 cameras, autonomous network, automation for control by speakers in front of the camera and 2 large reference monitors to control the recording. There are standard industry requirements for IT security.

In order to build studios in a small space, the variety of products on the market must be well known. To this end, TACT MEDIA is constantly in contact with manufacturers and suppliers and is able to select the most suitable products.

Upshot

• A space-saving truss system with flat LED panels to illuminate the green screen and people leaves enough space for two large reference monitors, which give people in front of the camera control of the control system.
• The road case includes the complete control system as well as the autonomous network technology including WLAN. This allows the control room to be operated entirely via tablet. Extensive automation of processes speeds up the production and post-processing of all types of content. In addition, the high-quality intro video is perfectly staged.
• The virtual studio for green screen production can easily be used by 1 person with additional content added. Alternatively, with 2-4 people in the podcast, for whom visually appealing microphones are pictured and controlled via an audio mixer.
• An additional high-quality broadcast camera in small format gives viewers a “look behind the scenes” on request and provides a significantly better image than classic action cams.

Recap

We don't just think of this studio so often because it's one of the smallest we've built so far. Instead, every time we visit the site, we notice how well it visually fits into the representative rooms of the bank's headquarters and is obviously fun for users. However, we like the frequent use of the studio the most.
