What was the goal?
A green screen studio for flexible integration of content with a virtual studio in corporate design. Designed for 1-4 people in front of the camera with matching Lavalier microphones. The studio should be largely mobile. A mobile camera set with lighting was required as additional equipment.
The employees of TACT MEDIA have many years of experience with both studio productions and mobile film productions on changing sets. As a result, the result of this assignment is good for the budget and easy to handle.
Upshot
- A mobile green screen studio with extensive direction and network, completely built into the road case. With the accompanying foldable aluminum ramp, the case is quickly loaded onto the van.
- The rest of the studio equipment is on stands and is quickly dismantled and assembled on a new set. This also applies to the green screen. Exact documentation with locations and settings data is available for rebuilding in the studio so that the original set is ready for use again quickly.
- A virtual studio in corporate design offers maximum flexibility when integrating external content, whether PowerPoints, videos or live connections to guests at remote locations. Several camera perspectives have been taken into account and are implemented in the best quality using special hardware keyers.
- Automating production processes makes it easier to use the studio and offers several departments their own presets, which can be retrieved immediately without interfering with each other.
- For quick mobile use with just one camera, a compact set is available without sacrificing cinema quality. The set is specifically designed to produce high image quality and dynamic settings. Storytelling, product videos with detailed photos and image videos are no problem. The set includes two compact, powerful video lights running on battery. In addition, lots of practical accessories, which, based on experience, we always have with us for small productions.
- As with all customers, we have trained intensively on how to use the studio and have responded to the customer's wishes. In addition to training on studio operations and post-production, there was a day dedicated to working outside the studio in production and outside the company premises.
